The California-based contact centre expert Aspect Communications and the consulting and systems integration services provider Cambridge Technology Partners have signed a collaboration agreement.

Under the agreement the companies will combine Aspect's customer relationship management systems with Cambridge's expertise to build solutions that will enable companies to deliver personal service across all channels of communication, such as e-mail, web chat and instant messaging, from one central contact server platform.
