Group 1 Software, a US-based provider of customer relationship management software, has opened a new central European office.

The office, located in Germany, aims to service Group 1's customer base in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and eastern Europe and to develop new business opportunities via the company's channel partners, such as IBM and Rank Xerox.

Group 1's other international offices are located in the UK, Canada and Italy.
