The Italian-based Internet communications company Tiscali has won an exclusive contract from MTVi Europe to stream the second annual web show of the MTV Europe Music Award 2001 live over the Internet.
Tiscali will handle the complete streaming process of the web show, from the signal sourcing to the final distribution of the encoded files via its own infrastructure. The multi-camera live web show will be produced specifically for Internet broadcast.
