California-based Peregrine Systems Inc has signed a global alliance agreement with the Canadian software developer Geac Computer Corp.

Under the agreement Geac will resell Peregrine's employee relationship management applications for e-procurement and employee self-service and its business relationship management technology for collaborative commerce.

In addition Peregrine's Get2Connect global trading network will become available to Geac's customer base.
