Microsoft is to introduce service pack 2, the latest software to fix bugs on Office XP.
The new software follows on from the pack released in December and includes previously released patches and security fixes.
The 15MB download promises to increase performance and stability and fix faults and glitches and includes upgrades and fixes from five packs released in April.

The spell checker update is given in the new package, programs to remove bugs from Excel and Word as well as problems with Outlook, Access, FrontPage, Publisher, PowerPoint and SharePoint Team Services and problems with Office as a whole are addressed.
