Microsoft Corp has released the Service Pack 1 for Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Windows CE Edition v1.1.
The pack includes design updates, alternative storage capabilities and recent software updates aimed at allowing developers to extend enterprise applications to mobile devices using SQL Server grammar and development tools. Developers adopting the pack will be able to utilise the latest technology to develop mobile applications on the newest Windows CE-based platforms, Microsoft says.
