Handheld computer provider Palm Inc has released a Macintosh version of its Palm Desktop 4.0 software.

The new edition features native Mac OS X support, improved handheld-to-desktop synchronisation, vCard and vCal support and is available in multiple languages. Users of the software may add, edit and create Palm handheld information on their desktops.
