Micromuse Inc, a service and business assurance software provider, has had its Netcool suite deployed by Tellme Networks Inc, a voice application network provider.

Tellme is using the suite to supply real-time service assurance for its IT infrastructure management platform. The Netcool Suite is intended to provide a reduced amount of downtime and maintain good customer service, according to the company.

The parts of the Netcool suite that are being implemented are the Netcool/OMNIbus application and the Netcool/Internet Service Monitors suite.

The financial terms of the implementation were not announced.
