Interactive voice, video, data and web communications company Polycom Inc will supply a video conferencing network to China Construction Bank, a state-owned commercial bank.
Polycom will provide the video endpoints and video infrastructure systems that are required to set up a video conferencing system connecting regional offices in 38 provincial capitals in China. The bank will reportedly use the system to improve its operating efficiency through face-to-face communications between its executives while also reducing travel costs.
