IBM has announced that over 190 products have been made available through its TotalStorage Proven programme by hardware and software vendors since its launch.
The company is now developing its Ready for Tivoli Storage Resource Manager validation programme, a scheme that is intended to support software vendors that integrate their products with IBM storage software. This programme will provide interoperability testing for companies' products with IBM storage technology while also, according to IBM, shortening sales cycles and improving customer satisfaction.
