Health care and consumer goods solutions provider Dendrite International Inc has entered into an alliance with Medical Data Management Group, a provider of physician databases.
Under the terms of the agreement Dendrite will combine its sales channel management software and service solutions with Medical Data Management's CRM application, installation and support services, market research, training, sales force services, physician database and performance support offerings.

The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
