Internet infrastructure management automation company Concord Communications Inc has been chosen by communications network operator Versatel Telecom International N.V. to supply its eHealth Suite.
Versatel will utilise the eHealth Suite with its network infrastructure to perform management and monitoring functions as well as boost performance, according to the company. Versatel will also use it to manage the IT infrastructure of its clients.

A spokesperson for Versatel said that the eHealth Suite was chosen in a bid to enhance managed services delivery and improve customer relations.
The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
