IT services and consulting firm Salmon Ltd has installed a collaborative working system in Manchester Airport in the UK.
The airport will use the eSales system to track its customer activity - such as logging phone calls, recording e-mails and obtaining written reports - and produce data that will facilitate decision making. This will lead to enhanced flight route promotion, retail space sales and improved relationships with external suppliers, airlines, handling agents, media contacts and government representatives, according to the company.
