Mobile operator T-Mobile and wireless solutions developer Research In Motion have joined forces to launch a BlackBerry package in Germany, the UK and Australia.
Both companies will sell a package which will include a BlackBerry handheld device, software and services together with access to T-Mobile's GSM/GPRS wireless networks and its T-Email platform. This will provide customers with the ability to send and receive e-mails from a handheld device, mobile phone functionality, SMS messaging, a personal organiser and browser applications.

The launch date of the package has been set for the second quarter of 2003. To date, no pricing details have been revealed.
