Telecomms company Cable & Wireless has entered into a contact centre agreement with retailer Marks & Spencer Money.
Cable & Wireless will now expand Marks & Spencer Money's contact centre operations to accommodate 750 agents while also enhancing customer service. Cable & Wireless will also implement a number of self service options to free up agent time and automate some routine calls.
The agreement has been made to coincide with the launch of the &more credit and loyalty card from Marks & Spencer.
