Finnish-Swedish telecomms operator TeliaSonera AB said on Tuesday (17 August) that it had reached an agreement in principle to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary Sonera Zed Ltd (Zed) to Spanish interactive media group Wisdom Entertainment.
The divestment was part of TeliaSonera's strategy to focus on its core business, according to the company.
The sale price was valued at EUR30m.
