The University of East London is to provide a new post-graduate course with a Master's degree in information security and computer forensics from September this year.
The Master of Science (MSc) in Information Security and Computer Forensics at UEL is reportedly the first of its kind in the UK and students will receive theoretical and practical training in network security management, and how to deal with viruses and malicious codes.

Other topics will include how to track criminal activity through computer networks and collect and secure 'virtual crime scene' information as well as training in national and global Internet law.
