Storage solutions suppliers Engenio Information Technologies Inc, a subsidiary of LSI Logic Corp (NYSE: LSI), and BlueArc Corp, have entered into an OEM agreement.
Under the terms of agreement, BlueArc's Titan SiliconServer network storage offerings will feature Engenio's enterprise-class Fibre Channel and Serial ATA (SATA) controllers, available together in a single Titan storage system.

In addition, the companies have announced the introduction of BlueArc's Titan as a gateway for existing Engenio customers, which will enable them to leverage BlueArc's storage solutions in their existing system environments, without the need to replace their current infrastructure or perform data migration.
The financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
