Financial services company Mellon Financial Corp is deploying the CAT6Plus system and fibre optic cabling products from communications systems supplier Brand-Rex following a recent agreement.
Brand-Rex will install its networking products at the European headquarters of Mellon Financial which will provide the company with enhanced bandwidth capacity as well as improved reliability, according to the company. The system will consist of 11,000 terminated outlets of Brand-Rex Cat6 and fibre cabling.

The system was installed by Comunica, a voice and date communications infrastructure supplier.
