Information solutions provider Novell Inc has upgraded its Ximian Desktop 2 enterprise Linux desktop product to include support for SUSE LINUX platforms.

The solution from Novell now features support for SUSE LINUX Desktop and SUSE LINUX 9.0. Also, Ximian Desktop 2 now includes the Ximian Edition of OpenOffice.org 1.1, the GAIM instant messenger client and updated Ximian Red Carpet 2.0 configuration management client software.
