Swedish IT security solutions group Protect Data AB said on Tuesday (1 June) that its wholly-owned subsidiary Pointsec Mobile Technologies AB had secured a new contract from an unnamed US government organisation.
The contract, the value of which was not disclosed, covers the Pointsec for Pocket PC product for more than 2,000 users.
Pointsec's products are already used by the Internal Revenue Service, the Justice Department, the Department of Defense and the Drug Enforcement Agency in the US.
