UK-based online customer support and knowledge management solutions provider Transversal has been selected by UK-based shower manufacturer Triton to deploy its Metafaq product.

This will reduce the volume of call and e-mail queries that the company's call centre staff have to answer as only questions that cannot be answered online are forwarded to support staff.
