Finnish media group SanomaWSOY Corporation said on Monday (4 July) that its subsidiary Ilta-Sanomat Oy had acquired the Huuto.net online auction service from TeliaSonera Finland, part of the Finnish-Swedish telecomms group TeliaSonera AB.
Huuto.net would be part of the service offering of classified advertising publication Keltainen Porssi.
After the acquisition Keltainen Porssi would become Finland's leading online classified service measured by the number of visitors, according to the company.
