The CSG Kenan FX framework from CSG Systems (Nasdaq:CSGS), a billing and customer care solutions provider, has been selected by neuf cegetel, an alternative operator in France established from the merger of neuf telecom and Cegetel.

neuf selected the Kenan FX framework to consolidate its existing billing platforms, in order to better support the requirements of current and future business and residential customers.

neuf sought a solution to help increase operational effectiveness and efficiency - the use of a single customer care and billing platform is expected to result in a reduced Total Cost of Ownership. In addition, the solution is expected to help neuf capture new communications revenue and support substantial subscriber growth.

CSG will work closely with neuf under the terms of the agreement, to support the consolidation of current business and residential billing platforms to the most recent version of Kenan/BP, CSG's billing solution. The Kenan FX framework will also be used by neuf to support its mobile MVNO services and future roll-out strategies, to include content services and communication technologies such as VoIP.
