Provider of document automation solutions Optio Software Inc (OTCBB:OPTO.OB) and Atos Origin China, a subsidiary of Atos Origin, a business and technology integrator, announced on Wednesday (12 October) that the companies have formed a reseller partnership.
Under the terms of the agreement, Atos Origin China will provide Optio solutions and related services to blue-chip financial services, industrial and high-tech manufacturing, information technology, energy, science and life science, retail, distribution and logistics companies in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, the companies said.

According to the companies, the Greater China partnership also extends an existing relationship between Optio and Atos Origin subsidiaries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the United States and Singapore.
Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
