ScreenTonic, a mobile advertising company in Europe, has established an agreement with Mobistar and Proximus, mobile phone operators in Belgium.
ScreenTonic said it will set up the first advertising offer on the PlazZza mobile search engine and manage and deliver mobile ads with its STAMP platform, under the terms of the agreement. The operators are amongst the first in Europe to offer ad-space on mobile phones to advertisers.

STAMP, a platform intended to manage and deliver ads on mobile phones, is currently used to broadcast advertisements over the UK's Orange World portal and a number of independent mobile sites.
According to ScreenTonic, the agreement with Mobistar and Proximus comes shortly after the introduction of the new STAMP platform version.
