Logicalis, a provider of integrated ICT solutions, has signed a three year extension to its managed services contract with Randstad UK, part of global recruitment company Randstad Group.

According to the company, the agreement follows the successful deployment of a new IT infrastructure which will form the backbone of Randstad's core business systems across the UK, and support the company's growth strategy.

Business critical applications used by Randstad UK's over 120 offices rely on the network's availability. These include a CRM solution, weekly payroll run for over 10,000 flex-workers, a biometric time and attendance system and invoicing. Randstad's CRM system, hosted at Logicalis, provides a national database of potential job candidates.

No financial details of the contract were disclosed.
