Ribstone Systems, a developer of document capture and image processing solutions, has announced the release and availability of Ribstone indexing and data reviewing software which was jointly developed with Scientigo, an enterprise search and intelligent enterprise content management solutions provider.

As part of the partnership, Scientigo and Ribstone will be integrating automated indexing functionality into Ribstone's MFP-based document scanning applications. According to the companies, the solution will enable clients to OCR and index documents at the same time as scanning them, which means that document indexing and coding can be handled by the Ribstone engine at any Ribstone supported copier. In addition, the solution enables law firms to store, search and find document collections scanned with Ribstone applications.
No financial or pricing details were disclosed.
