Norwegian IT infrastructure provider Ementor ASA said on Wednesday (17 October) that its subsidiary Ementor Norge AS has agreed to acquire Fonix Data AS in a NOK10m deal.

Fonix Data, based in Tromso, Norway, has 10 employees and is expected to achieve a turnover of NOK50m in 2008.

The acquisition strengthens Ementor's position in northern Norway.
