New HR management application introduced by fixITlocal on Pay Monthly Software service

fixITlocal, a UK network that offers service and support to small businesses from a local specialist IT reseller, has announced the availability of a new human resources (HR) management application that will enable small businesses to ensure that they are in line with current employment regulations.

According to the company, the HR Handbook with BusinessMax helps smaller businesses meet legal requirements and fulfil their duties towards employees. It provides over 150 documents on HR-related matters, covering areas such as employment contracts, staff handbooks and Health and Safety policies. In addition, it provides guidelines and information on disciplinary procedures and employment law. The service also includes a regularly updated law guide.

The application is available through the fixITlocal Pay Monthly Software service from GBP12.50 per month, including technical support provided by the software publisher and upgrades. Payments for the service can be made on a monthly-basis with no commitment to permanent use.
