Interact Holdings Group Inc (Pink Sheets:IHGR) has declared that it has executed a Letter of Intent (LoI) for the acquisition of a contract to provide Cable television, high-speed Internet, telephone and residential security monitoring to more than 2,500 homes.
The contract is for a fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) infrastructure to be built into a community in order to provide the above services.
The company has stated that it expects to gain around USD4m in revenue through the contract.
