Finnish telecomms infrastructure company Nokia Siemens Networks, owned by the Finnish telecomms solutions provider Nokia (NYSE:NOK) and the German electrical engineering and electronics company Siemens, said on Thursday (28 August) that it has signed a share purchase agreement with Dasan Networks.
Upon completion of the contract Dasan Invest, Dasan TPS, Skylake Ltd, and certain individual Korean investors will acquire all of Nokia Siemens Networks' shares in Dasan Networks which represent 56.13% of all the shares of the company.
