Sona Mobile Holdings Corp (OTCBB: SNMB), a provider of secure mobile solutions, and the Daily Racing Form (DRF), a US daily newspaper dedicated to horse racing, have launched a new portal that will deliver DRF-branded content to its subscribers via mobile devices.

According to the company, the new DRF mobile application, developed and supported by Sona, will enable racing fans to view DRF News Headlines, Full Stories, Entries, Results and Workouts as part of the initial mobile offering. These features will be part of DRF's free mobile application, while enhanced application features and content, such as alerts, messaging and blogs, will be added at a later date and offered as a mobile subscription.

Sona has collaborated with DRF resources and partners to integrate various data points to the Sona Wireless Platform, which will enable users to view content in a rich format and on various devices. In addition, DRF will be able to leverage other features of Sona Wireless Platform, including mobile advertising.

No financial details were disclosed.
