Xerox company (NYSE:XRX), Global Imaging Systems, has acquired Precision Copier Services Inc through its subsidiary Inland Business Systems, a Global core company based in Sacramento California.

Precision Copier Services Inc trades under the name of Sierra Office Solutions and has offices in Reno, Las Vegas and Carson City, Nevada and will continue to trade as a stand-alone satellite of Inland Business Systems.

The company will offer Global's full range of office printing products.

Global Imaging Systems operates in North America through regional satellites that sell and service document management systems such as printers, copiers and multi-function devices, network integration services and electronic presentation systems.

No financial details of the acquisition were given.
