Diversified technology company 3M (NYSE:MMM) announced on Tuesday (1 July) that the company has completed the acquisition of Quest Technologies Inc, a manufacturer of environmental monitoring equipment.
The company said that Quest Technologies will add its sound monitoring equipment to 3M's broad spectrum of safety products for detection, protection and compliance.
With the completion of the acquisition, Quest has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of 3M and will be known as Quest Technologies, a 3M company.
