KPN, a Dutch-based telecomms company, is implementing the Cordys Business Process Management (BPM) system to integrate existing ordering, activation and invoicing services for new broadband products such as telecomms, internet and multimedia.
The company began the roll out of these services in early 2008 and the Cordys BPM is part of KPN's All IP project to support its IP based infrastructure.

As well as supplying the BPM software, Cordys is the main contractor for implementation. The system will also enable KPN customers to place online orders, automating order fulfilment and invoicing to a large degree.
