SI International Inc (Nasdaq: SINT), a provider of information services, technology and network solutions, mainly to the federal government, declared on 2 July that two contracts have been signed by the company with the US Census Bureau, to providethe LAN Technology Support Office (LTSO) with local area network and desktop management services.

IT security, systems architecture, desktop management, help desk and server operations are the five areas in which the company will provide support. Services will include operational IT security support, server operations, end-user software and applications support and storage services.
The combined estimated value of the contracts is USD14.1m.
