Azlan Logistics, Tech Data Corporation's (NASDAQ GS:TECD) enterprise networking and mid-range systems business' central supply chain operation, has announced that it has signed a Europe-wide distribution agreement with Proxim Wireless Corporation (NASDAQ:PRXM), a provider of end-to-end broadband wireless networks.
Azlan's in-country operations in France, Spain and Italy will immediately have access to Proxim's full range of wireless LAN (WLAN), Wi-Fi mesh, WiMAX and point-to-point backhaul solutions and Azlan's other in-country operations will also have access to these at a later point.

Proxim solutions purchasing and logistics will be managed in York, England by Azlan's operations. According to Azlan, its central supply chain operation will be able to drive down costs through predicting market requirements and optimising inventory levels.
