Telecomworldwire,  July 7, 2008

TELECOMWORLDWIRE-7 July 2008-TenDigits delivers mobile access to MS Dynamics CRM(C)1994-2008 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD http://www.m2.com

Microsoft Corp (Nasdaq: MSFT) and TenDigits Software Inc, a company that develops and markets software for the mobile enterprise market, have announced an alliance to deliver thin-client access to Microsoft's CRM product from Windows Mobile devices and Blackberry mobile devices.

TenDigit produce MobileAccess 4.0, a solution which can be integrated into the CRM product to provide both online and offline access for a mobile worker. Microsoft already provide CRM Mobile Express, a thin-client browser-based access manager for mobile use. The TenDigit product extends the options available for the mobile user by taking the data provided by CRM Mobile and presenting it to the user on the mobile device with a look-and-feel similar to the desktop version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

In addition the Microsoft System Center Mobile Device Manager 2008 can be used to provide over-the-air management of a Windows Mobile phone and configure security access to data behind a corporate firewall.
