Subex Azure, a OSS solutions, today (12 June) announced that it has chosen Ceryx to provide a hosted Exchange and messaging solution for its 1,300 employees in India, Canada, the US, the UK, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Australia.

Ceryx will provide Subex Azure with a MicroSoft Exchange-based system offering Subex Azure's employees MAPI, POP3 and Blackberry mail and messaging facilities.

Ceryx said that it has worked with Subex Azure to provide it with a tailored custom solution to fit Subex Azure's specific requirements, and is providing Subex Azure with 24/7 technical support and a 100% SLA.

Subex Azure said that it outsourced its e-mail and messaging system to Ceryx to enable it to predict the costs and to take advantage of the 24/7 support.
