This being the EPA's first license and Ron Creeley, vice president of marketing and sales, commented that it is recognition of the value of ADMET Predictor's Toxicity Module and the new Enslein Metabolism Module in their work.
The EPA will be able to predict a number of potential toxicities with ADMET Predictor for industry chemicals, agricultural chemicals and drug molecules. Some chemicals are not toxic, but its metabolites might be. It is then that ADMET Predictor's Enslein Metabolism Module recognises which of the human cytochromes P450 will metabolise the chemical and how fast this will happen. This was stated by Dr Robert Fraczkiewicz, team leader for Simulations Plus' ADMET Cheminformatics team and product manager for ADMET Predictor.
