AdventNet joins Fortinet partner programme

AdventNet Inc, a provider of IT management software, has announced that it has joined the partner programme run by Fortinet, a security systems specialist.

The announcement on the 20 June said that AdventNet will join the programme as a technology partner, adding its ManageEngine Firewall Analyser to Fortinet's FortiGate network security appliance. ManageEngine passed Fortinet's FortiVerified testing process to certify interoperability and integration with the security appliance.

ManageEngine Firewall Analyser is a vendor neutral log analyser for firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS and Proxy applications.

Integration of the AdventNet product into the Fortinet appliance will provide a unified security information and event management solution for customers. Log analysis allows IT management and security professionals to track intrusions, manage user access, audit traffic and configure efficient bandwidth utilisation.
