NeuStar registers two million .BIZ domain names

NeuStar (NYSE: NSR), a provider of clearinghouse and directory services to the global communications and Internet industry, announced on Monday (23 June) that two million domain names have been officially registered within the .BIZ Internet domain.

NeuStar is the operator and administrator of the .BIZ top-level domain (TLD) registry, and was awarded the contract by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).

NeuStar said that the company has driven international adoption of .BIZ by offering Internationalised Domain Names (IDNs) in 15 different languages.
