Global IP Solutions (GIPS) a provider of multimedia processing solutions, announced today (24 June) that the Oslo Stock Exchange will admit the company to a listing on the Oslo Bors, trading there no later than the 1 August 2008. Prior to the application for listing, GIPS had raised USD10m in a pre-emptive rights offer. The offer was oversubscribed.
The company also announced the appointment of Emerick Woods as chief executive officer.
