HSL (Hay Systems Ltd), an independent mobile network operator and equipment provider has today (26 June) release details regarding the availability and pricing of their 2.75G femtocell.
The company will make the GSM-only version available in Q3 2008, with the GSM/GPRS/EDGE (2.75G) version available in Q4 2008. Volume production will commence early Q1 2009.

HSL have confirmed a wholesale pricing of USD350 per 1,000 units. The company will provide the supporting network elements (Base Station Controller, Mobile Switching Centre and femtocell Security gateway) available to mobile network operators at no additional initial purchase costs when they buy 1,000 or more femtocell units.
Network operators can deploy and operate the femtocell based network themselves, or contract with HSL to manage, operate and monitor the deployed network in accordance with the negotiated contract specifications.
