Sonic Solutions (Nasdaq:SNIC), a provider of digital media software, has announced an agreement to license Sonic CinePlayer BD Navigator software to Sunplus Technology Co Ltd, a consumer electronics IC designers.
Sunplus is to integrate Sonic's HDMV and BD-J technology to enable interactive playback and navigation in its new System-On-a-Chip (SoC) solutions, which are aimed at the Blu-ray Disc player market.
