Citrus Telecom, an IP telephony operator, has expanded the number of services available on its DIGITALK Multiservice Platform by introducing IP Virtual Office and Service Numbers services.

According to the company, the additions will make the platform more attractive to business subscribers who will be able to offer virtual office features and intelligent inbound routing to customers and resellers. Citrus DIGITALK services are available in over 60 countries.

The virtual office feature incudes multiple calling features, network and services management software and full billing, rating and web based self-care functionality.

Inbound call management provides customers with the ability to translate and or redirect inbound calls as required via a web interface. This allows customers to easily deal with scenarios such as sales and support centres, free phone services and premium rate numbers.
