Global web services company AOL has revealed that Platform-A, which offers advertisers solutions using AOL's consumer brands, including AIM, Moviefone, AOL.com, MapQuest and TMZ, is now providing a combined offering of Quigo's FeedPoint search marketing solution, with Advertising.com's OutSearch product.

AOL said by combining the two solutions, Advertising.com will offer a comprehensive suite of advanced search engine marketing (SEM) services. It confirmed the complementary search offerings create one of the US's largest SEM businesses, which will handle campaigns for more than 100 top-tier clients across various SEM competencies.

According to AOL, Advertising.com's OutSearch solution, which is powered by AdLearn technology, provides an advanced bid management platform for optimising advertiser return on investment (ROI) across all keyword and paid search campaigns. It said Quigo's FeedPoint solution offers a data feed management and advanced analytic tool, maximising exposure and ROI across paid inclusion programmes and comparison shopping engines.

The company claimed the technology and expertise offered by OutSearch and FeedPoint will provide maximum value for every dollar invested in search marketing.
