MEGA claimed that its methodologies and supporting software will be used to review and standardise Michael Page International's business processes in 149 offices in 25 countries, helping to improve working methods for 5,000 staff.
MEGA's enterprise architecture (EA) techniques will help speed further development of an EA programme introduced by Michael Page International in March 2007, helping to ease the auditing or mapping of existing IT resources and analyse, design and implement new processes and IT frameworks in order to make the changes needed to meet business aims.
