Opera Mini has announced the availability of the newest version of their award-winning browser, Opera Mini 4.1, enabling most mobile phone users to gain instant access to websites from any location and device.

Opera Mini 4.1 has four new features, which include: being 50% faster than the previous version, an address input spontaneously by automatically suggesting URL completions, stored web pages for offline viewing, easy access to words or phrases on web pages and images and ringtones can be downloaded.

By displaying the page as it looks on a desktop browser, Opera Mini delivers the internet to mobile phones whilst the Opera Zoom function enables easy reading and interaction.

Opera Mini also includes Opera Link, a free service that synchronises bookmarks and Speed Dial between all Web browsers.

The company said that there had been strong demand for its embedded browser solution, 59 handsets were said to have Opera Mini pre-installed. Altogether, more than 800 different phone models are being used by Opera Mini.
